Do you have the ability to resolve customer complaints and queries?
We have an excellent opportunity for applicants who excel in providing a high level of customer service and who would like to gain experience with the Financial Services industry.
Main Duties will involve:
• Respond to high volumes of incoming customer calls
• Identify the nature of each call, transferring to the relevant department or taking accurate information.
• Complete a variety of administration responsibilities
• Provide clear, professional and well reasoned responses to all mortgage related enquiries either in writing or telephone
• Resolve complex customer queries and escalated issues
• Achieve or exceed targets for issue resolution as defined by service level agreements
• Accurately log, input any required data on systems as appropriate
• Administer customer accounts / pre-offers in response to a customer request or enquiry
