Working for an expanding team in a small office environment, main duties will involve working with existing and new customers, working alongside the account advisors and sales teams based across the country.
Responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming enquiries by phone, fax and e-mail and arranging for the collection of waste materials
Maximising opportunities to up / cross sell to existing clients
Maintaining all related paperwork and updating contracts
Answering contract – termination requests and endeavouring to re-secure the business
Supporting the sales team and regional manager in preparing quotations and contracts
Attending monthly sales meetings and the Business Development Manger
The role requires excellent customer service skills and previous experience in a similar role.
