Customer Service Advisor (P/T)
Hours Mon- Fri 1pm-5pm
LS27
£14.4k pro rata
We are currently looking for a customer focused individual to work for a leading distribution company. The successful applicant will be required to work as part of a small team within an office environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
Answering inbound calls from customers to place orders for deliveries and collections
Liaising with drivers to take order details
Handling complaints with a professional manner
Answering queries on legislation and compliance issues
Set up accounts and maintain an internal database with customer details
Make outbound calls to existing customers to check service levels and generate new orders
