The purpose of your role is to formulate and implement the building maintenance and repair of all the Society’s properties including the Head Office sites. To do this, you will be required to identify and assess the overall and specific needs for planned and reactive maintenance in all properties, and ensure compliance with relevant building, planning and safety regulations. You will also write specifications for repair and maintenance work, identify contractors and arrange tenders for contracts in order to provide value for money.
If you:
Have full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Have proven experience in the field of repair and maintenance of commercial properties
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
