We are looking for a Telesales Executive to work in our busy and friendly office near Skipton BD23. We need highly driven candidates ideally those with some sales experience and we can offer £14k to £18k + commission, dependent on experience. Targets can range from £7,000 into current issue per month to £14,000 per month depending on seasonal variations. Commission = £400 per month on attaining target Plus 10% over and above uncapped.
We have an established database of existing regular customers that we need to service by telesales to renew their advertising into various magazines.
Servicing includes sending each existing advertiser a copy of the magazine each month and also putting together an advertising schedule at renewal point.
You will also be required to keep existing advertisers fully aware of any advertising features running that may be relevant to them Also you will be required to ask existing customers if they wish to change their copy for the next advert.
We have a forward planned schedule of "advertising features" that run throughout the year that we need to prospect relevant new business into each month. These features could be focusing on an area, or a product. They prospect from competitive media e.g. magazines and local newspapers, internet, and tourist information. You will be required to prospect first to introduce the magazine, get some information about the feature out in the post along with a copy of the magazine and some
information about our readers / advertising rates. This is then followed up with a further call to establish interest and handle objections & close the sale. Take the order and administrate the paperwork.
