My Client is based Just outside Bradford City Centre.
I have a great Temp to Perm Oppertunity starting ASAP.
You will be required to provide administration service to the Learning and Development and Recruitment teams ensuring all records are maintained accurately and individual needs are met.
Duties:
· Providing specific administration support to the learning and development, recruitment and management development teams.
· Maintain accurate records as required tracking training and recruitment activity
· Produce Management information as required
· Maintain training records for all employees using the bespoke systems
· Send and track joining instructions for all training events
· Support recruitment administration process
· Managing pool cars for staff
· Maintaining and updating MS Excel and bespoke databases
· All other associated administration
Skills & Experience:
· Ability to deal with information accurately and timely
· Can plan and organise effectively using own initiative
· Experience of using Microsoft office packages
· Can communicate effectively both verbally and written
· Ability to work independently
