Role: Personal Assistant

Salary: £19,000 - £20,000
Our client provides support and consultancy services, predominantly to the utility sector.
An excellent opportunity exists for a Personal Assistant to join our client at their Morley site. Working with the Chief Executive and Financial Director, you will provide a full support service to the management team at Board level.
This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational and time management skills as a large proportion of the workload will involve working remotely from the management team with extensive communication by email and telephone.
Daily responsibilities include audio and copying typing, producing management reports and presentations for Board meetings, using Microsoft PowerPoint.
You will have advanced IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
This is a full time permanent opportunity with a starting salary of £19,000 - £20,000. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4.30pm.
