Facilities Admin Assistant
Leeds City Centre
Circa £12K


Job Function and Role Description:

· Locate and distribute files in accordance with agreed processes
· Put away completed files and maintain the Underwriting filing systems
· Sort, match and distribute incoming post in accordance with agreed processes
· Reception duties – greeting visitors, operating switchboard
· Process computer records for new and existing business.
· Update spreadsheets and databases
· Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as instructed

Requirements:

· Can confidently work effectively with colleagues at all levels
· Professional in approach and confident in liaising face to face with external customers.
· High level of attention to detail
· Role is active with manual handling of files so will need to be physically able to cope with this activity.
· Flexible in adapting to new systems, processes and working arrangements
· Good telephone manner
