Full-time, 35 hours per week
This post is available with immediate effect, and you will split your time equally between the Accounts Receivable team and the Financial Aid team. You will be responsible for a variety of student finance issues, including the charging and collection of fees from students/sponsors and the administration and payment of financial support to students.
Experience within a financial role is essential, as is knowledge of government regulations regarding students in higher education. You will also have a strong customer focus and experience of dealing with sensitive and difficult situations in a professional and supportive manner. Experience of Microsoft packages including Access, Excel and Word is essential, knowledge of SAP and Banner would also be advantageous, although training will be provided.
University Grade 4 (£16,215 - £18,710 p.a.)
