| An exciting opportunity has arisen for a leading not for profit business based in Bradford for an experienced Management Accountant. The successful candidate will have worked in a similar position previously and will ideally have a working knowledge of Hyperion. Reporting the Senior Finance Manager your duties will include: - Consolidating the budget and forecast submissions - Delivering accurate and informative monthly reporting for new property developments - Reconciling balance sheet work in progress and profit on sales - Preparing budgets and forecasts - Review and improve cost allocation models between businesses across the directorate and with other parts of the business and take responsibility for the fixed asset register - Investment Appraisal - Staff management and development of a team The role offer excellent working conditions, generous salary, pension and life assurance.
