Leeds City Centre law firm are looking to recruit an experienced RTA Fast Track Fee Earner to join and strengthen their existing team.
The role will be dealing with fast track cases including claimants with pre-existing injuries, fractures and psychological injury and you would be working under the guidance of a team leader within a team of five.
The Fee Earner would be expected to handle pre-litigation work from receipt of initial instruction through to settlement or transfer the matter across to the litigation team.
A good knowledge of PI Claims handling whether claimant or defendant and experience and knowledge of road traffic accident law, pre-action protocols, court rules, reviewing and valuation of injuries, assessment of special and general damages would be advantageous.
The successful applicant would be able to work autonomously using your own initiative or as part of a team but more importantly you must be able to work well under pressure and manage your own caseload.
