Leeds City Centre based solicitors practice require an experienced Settlement Administrator to strengthen their existing team.
The actual role its self would be to recover outstanding client and office account monies as well as closure of current files.
Some of the duties will involve liaising with third party insurers, recovery of client damage cheques, recovery of office cheques, maintaining a diary, producing closed audit files each month for management review meetings, proactively pursuing outstanding client or office monies via telephone and fax.
It is imperative that all applicants possess a good eye for detail as you would be required to proofread certain documents prior to inputting the same on to our clients “in house” computer system. Good organisational skills would be advantageous too due to the fact that you would be working within a busy office environment.
