Our client is looking for a PA to provide administrative and secretarial support to their Managing Director.

Have strong interpersonal and team working skills, as well as flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
The Job:
Highly organised and accurate Diary management
Arranging meetings and other corporate events
Organising travel & accommodation for the MD and others
Dealing with telephone calls, emails and enquiries appropriately
Dealing with correspondence, writing letters and minute taking
Supporting other Managers as and when workload allows
Providing Secretarial support, as required, to Commercial and Operations Directors
Monitor and manage the performance of external services
Ad hoc administrative duties
You:
Short Hand
Strong typing skills
GCSE or equivalent in English
A Level English and Maths (Preferred)
Previous experience within a PA role
Experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Highly organised
Team player
Able to act independently
Have strong attention to detail
