Recruitment Consultant – Existing Perms Desk – £ Excellent Salary and Bonus Scheme
Adecco Wakefield are currently looking to appoint a dedicated and focused Recruitment Consultant/ Trainee Consultant to join our well established Wakefield team.
The role will involve building relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and maximising opportunities within these clients. You will be required to generate vacancies and long term opportunities with clients and be responsible for the timely and accurate filling of these vacancies by gaining commitment from candidates and accurately matching their skills and requirements to the needs of clients. You will work towards daily and weekly KPI’s and targets and will be given all the tools and support needed to be able to perform your role. Adecco have a very comprehensive training programme to help in your journey to becoming a successful consultant.
We are looking for applicants from a customer service/ sales background as you will understand the importance of providing an excellent consultative service to both clients and candidates alike and will also have the drive and determination to achieve targets and develop business.
