| This well-known Practice based in Leeds City Centre has enjoyed extensive growth over the last few years and as such is now wanting to broaden it's infrastructure in line with this. They are keen to invest in the right people now in order to enhance the services they are able to provide to their clients and are therefore looking for an experienced Tax Senior to bolster this side of the business. This is a firm where people are encouraged to contribute their specific skills and experience to the future benefit of the company., while being rewarded with highly competitive salaries and generous bonus packages. Ideally you will: - Have previous experience working as a Tax Senior or Semi Senior in Practice - Be confident in your tax compliance and planning skills and be able to bring these to the success of your new team - Be a commercially minded individual who is looking for a new challenge that will allow you to use your existing skills and experience to develop your portfolio of clients and bring new business in to the team - Be ACCA or ACA qualified or qualified by experience and have experience in training or mentoring junior members of staff - Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build long term successful relationships with clients In return you will enjoy: - Working directly with the Senior partners on day to day work and future business development issues - 25 days holiday as standard and an excellent bonus and profit share scheme - The opportunity to develop new areas of the business and build on other areas that have scope for further development - Working in bright modern offices close to local transport links that benefit from free parking For immediate consideration please contact our practice team now.
