An exciting role has arisen to work for our client within a small claims team. Taking details of the new Motor claims and Motor claims enquiries over the telephone, you ideally will need some experience of ULR claims. A strong customer services background is also essential and confident will all IT packages including word. Dealing with brokers you will need excellent communications skills and awareness of FSA guidelines.
