Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
The role:
As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business through business to business sales and relationship building as well as, management of existing client accounts. A recruitment consultant's role is demanding and diverse, involving:
- Using marketing and business knowledge to build a client base
- Sales canvassing to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements
- Taking responsibility for your clients recruitment lifecycle from identifying a need to reviewing applications, managing interviews and considering candidates and shortlists;
