Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Researcher
Salary and package negotiable
Our client is based in stunning offices North of Leeds City Centre. They are a well established provider of high level appointments and executive recruitment solutions. An increase in turnover and the need to build a future succession has resulted in the need to increase the team. This is an excellent opportunity to join this successful company as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/ Researcher.
Duties;
To provide a support service in regards to recruiting for high level appointments
To train in all areas of the recruitment process, gaining experience and knowledge to assist with driving the team forward
To develop and build long term relationships in the professional services market through networking and client meetings
To research market rates and specific skill availability
The successful candidate will be keen to grow their business development/networking skills and have the ability to perform consistently at board level. In addition he/she will be responsible for database management, research, an after-sales service and support to short listed and successful placements.
