| My client, a well known general practice surveyors with 6 offices nationwide, a searching for a Salaried Partner to join their Machinery and Business Assets Division. In fact, this division has just broken the £1 million turnover bracket for the first time giving you some idea of the scale that you can operate in. Main duties: - Direct client liaison and development of existing and new contacts - Conduct site inspections - Research into values - Prepare and coordinate preliminary and full valuation reports - Assist with sales of businesses including the preparation of sales and memorandum packs - Offer advise on marketing strategies for sales of businesses, assets and carrying out negotiations with prospective purchasers.
