Making outbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers, building relationships with clients. To meet and exceed sales and quality targets. Responding to customer complaints and queries. Developing sound knowledge of customer needs to effectively process orders over the telephone.
Working 9am - 5pm with 1/2 hour for lunch. Company pension. 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. OTE £18,000.
