This leading city centre law firm is seeking an experienced team leader to monitor and lead the business support services ensuring a cost efficient and timely service to internal and external contacts.
The post holder will manage the reprographics, post and archive teams to ensure all services are delivered to the relevant quality standards. In addition, the individual will be responsible for coaching, developing and managing the team to ensure that objectives and targets are set which result in the delivery of the departmental and firm's strategies.
Duties will include:-
Ensure that the reprographics, post and archive teams provide a comprehensive and high quality service to clients, in accordance with quality standards and the client's instructions
To monitor the services provided and liaise with clients to ensure the services meet their requirements and resolve any issues promptly and to the satisfaction of the client.
To ensure service providers meet the required standards
To assist with the preparation of the annual budget, and to monitor and maintain costs within the allocated budget
Ensure team members are coached and developed in order to achieve personal and team objectives which support the department and firm's strategies. Give constructive feedback and recognition. Ensure team members have fair and equal access to learning and development. Evaluate the impact of learning and development on the individual, the team and as a contribution to achieving the team and departmental strategies
Ensures all work is performed in accordance with quality standards and procedures, and action is taken to correct any non-compliance
To continuously review working practices and processes in conjunction with team members and any other interested parties. Encourage ideas from team members and recognise and value individual and team contributions.
Applicants must have experience of working within a similar role within a professional services organisation, have experience of leading, motivating and developing a team.
