| Learning and Development Training Manager required in North Leeds. Working in a new role you will be responsible for all the training of Team Leaders and Managers at this new company site. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for delivering training across the board and champion learning and development through professional behaviour, team split and expertise. Working closely with the sites management team and the national training department you will utilise you extensive experience along with you natural drive and enthusiasm to ensure the site is success. This role is an autonomous role where you will be able to advise managers in a fast-paced developing environment. Salary up to £23,000 + benefits. Experience in a training role is essential although industry background is flexible. |
