As the sole supplier to both the Leeds Teaching Hospitals and Leeds Mental Health Trusts for all of their administrative staff we are currently looking to recruit a receptionist to work in the LS12 area of Leeds.
Our client requires someone on a long-term, on-going temporary basis, with the assignment lasting for at least 3 months.
Duties will include:
Acting as first point of contact both over the phone and in person
Answering incoming calls to the department
Taking messages
Re-directing calls
Arranging patient appointments
Logging appointments on to the system and maining the surgery's database.
Ad-hoc administrative and clerical tasks
All applicants must have an excellent phone manner, be smartly presented and be able to communicate well with others. A good work ethic, the ability to work well within a team and reliability are also traits the successful candidate will possess. Previous work history in a similar role and/or in an NHS environment are desirable but not essential.
