Full Description:
Senior management responsibility for general, technical and contractual aspects of the capital investment programme within the PCT, whilst playing a key role in supporting the wider capital planning agenda.

Development and maintenance of a capital investment programme that reflects the changing needs of clinical services and the PCT’s statutory requirements to provide a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
Responsible for the management of the PCT capital approvals process
Development of the operational plans for new capital investment.
Development and preparation of specifications for investment.
Management of all facets of building commissioning from tender preparation to commissioning of finished development e.g. appointing FM contracts and procurement of furniture and equipment
