| This leading law firm based in the centre of Leeds is seeking an experienced HR/Recruitment Administrator to join their graduate recruitment team. Purpose of the role: Working with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and Graduate Development Officer to deliver a market competitive graduate recruitment campaign and trainee programme for the business. Supporting the recruitment processes for NQs, training contracts, vacation placements, work experience and the school gap year programmes. Main duties and responsibilities " to be the first point of contact for queries and managing all general correspondence " to manage the stock of recruitment materials " acting as a representative at Law fairs and on-campus events and trainee events " organising venues and functions both on-site and off-site " support the GDO with the organisation of training and materials for trainees " working with the Graduate Recruitment Manager, local HR and support teams to facilitate the vacation placement, the work experience programme and the school gap year programmes across the business. This includes the facilitation of reimbursements, invoices, scheduling of interviews and interview packs " working with the GDO and Graduate Recruitment Manager to ensure that there is a seamless transition from prospective trainee to trainee " coordinating with the HR Services team the issuing of offers " support with additional ad-hoc projects as agreed with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and Graduate Development Officer " managing invoice payments and running financial reports and updates " provide regular recruitment updates and reports " flexibility to support the team and fill in where necessary " supporting the work experience and gap year programmes " Develop commercial understanding within the wider business context to efficiently sell the firm Person Specification Qualifications " Educated to degree level Relevant Experience " At least one year's office experience " Experience of working in either an HR and Recruitment environment Key Skills " excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, specifically Excel, Word and Power point " excellent administrative and organisational skills " methodical, neat with a keen eye for detail " attention to detail and ability to handle a demanding workload " self motivated and possessing excellent time management skills Personal Qualities / Behaviours " self starter, robust " must be flexible and prepared to travel when required " a commercial focus " resilience, drive, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour are essential! |
