If you have at least two years experience as a sales or collections team leader with a thorough understanding of people management and ability to manage performance issues, we need to hear from you. You should be driven to exceed targets with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise a workload are also essential qualities.
We can offer a phenomenal salary and benefits - £19750 rising to £21750 after 6 months – commission is uncapped (typically £350-1000 per month) and you will receive a £1500 loyalty bonus after yr 1, £2000 after yr 2, £25000 after yr 3 and every year thereafter. On target earnings should be in excess of £30000
