We need confident and target driven collections advisors with excellent communication skills and working knowledge of county court procedures plus some telephone based collections experience. We can offer a salary of £15000-17000 and extensive benefits including a Pension Scheme, Share save Scheme, Life Assurance. Our friendly offices in BD19 (Cleckheaton) also offer free parking
Job spec – Collector (Charging Orders)
Responsible for monitoring review list(s) and dealing with correspondence of accounts selected for charging orders
Manage accounts to negotiate the best possible payments from debtors via telephone, letter and litigation process
Manage client and debtor relations as appropriate
Removing Charging Orders registered with the Land Registry
Ad hoc requirements as requested by Manager(s)
Skills required
A good attention to detail
Previous experience of telephoned based collections work
Working knowledge of County Court procedures
Good numeric skills
Excellent communications skills
Computer literate
Hours of work
Monday to Friday 8.45 – 5.00pm.
Late shift one day a week – 1.30pm – 8pm
Saturday 9 – 1pm (1 in 3)
