| Customer Service Coordinator Our client is a market leading organisation based in Dewsbury, they require an excellent Customer Service Coordinator. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide excellent customer service to a high profile retail account. Daily responsibilites will include taking responsibility for effective handling and resolution of customer queries. You will communicate with internal and external customers at all levels. You will also be involved in project support work and provide administrative support to the department. You will have an excellent pro-active approach to work and be a team orientated individual with a positive approach to delivering consistently high levels of customer service. You will demonstrate good organisational and administrative skills, along with an excellent telephone manner and good Word and Excel skills. Previous experience gained in an administrative role within an office environment is essential. This role attracts an annual salary of up to £15,000 depending upon experience. |
