- Prepared and produced support plans and risk assessments
- Completed relevane Housing Benefit and Social Security documentation
- Assisted with clients' budgeting
- Ensured Health and Safety and Supporting People guidelines are followed
- Liased closely with local agenicies
An enhanced CRB check within the last 12 months and a full driving licence are essential for the role.
