    We need candidates with from the print industry with a strong and consistent background in administration for a busy role at our friendly offices in WF6. You should have a good general education, be numerate and ideally, come from a packaging/printing background.
    We can offer a competitive salary of upto £18000, 26 days holiday, 3% contributory pension, 4% of salary bonus.


    Overall purpose of the role:

    To ensure the prompt and accurate release of Production Dockets and Copy Folders to the shop floor

    To support the Technical department in achieving its key objectives

    Main Tasks:

    1. Make up all new dockets and copy folders

    2. Liaise with all necessary personnel to ensure that information is collated quickly and accurately

    3. Raise dockets and copy folders for all reprint orders ensuring full checks on information are undertaken

    4. As required deal with all changes to dockets, retrieving and re-issuing where appropriate

    5. Bring to the attention of your supervisor any system issues or observations that would benefit if corrected.

    6. Be responsible for all colour standards and PDFs ensuring up-to-date standards are always available

    7. Prepare retained and customer samples and archive or submit as required

    8. Produce certificates of conformance for customers that request them in an accurate and timely manner

    9. Support the Technical Department in any administrative task e.g., maintaining absenteeism and holiday records

    10. Undertake any other activity appropriate to your role

    Person Specification: Technical Support

    Attributes Essential Desirable
    Education / qualifications Educated to GCSE level with a minimum of C pass in English and Maths “A” level qualification or equivalent
    Experience Relevant position in a technical or sales role an advantage
