Working within the administration team, you will be providing a service to the recoveries function, performing tasks that enable the legal Fee-earners to focus upon fee income.
You will be based within a team of 12 and the main function of the role will include:
Updating new instructions from the client.
Processing/filing court paper work through the internal systems
liaise with colleagues regarding account status.
Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience in a administrative role. Experience of using Word, Excel and a good general knowledge of IT systems would be useful.
To be successful you will work well within a team environment, be self motivated and target driven.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
