Title: IT Support Analyst Salary: £18,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join a leading company based in Leeds city centre. Based in beautiful, modern offices, you will be working as part of a close knit team, providing exceptional customer service and IT support. This is a great chance for someone with fantastic IT skills, with knowledge of coding, to join a company with excellent career prospects. You MUST have experience / understanding of trouble shooting XML code, IT service management utilising ITIL Best Practice, and networking.
The Role:
* The IT Desk Analyst will be identifying and escalating software related issues to Business
Analysts and Developers
* Escalating service issues / complaints to manager - ensuring that all details are passed to
relevant area
* Set up and administer clients
* Manage incidents raised by clients
* You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of service and ensuring that all team key
performance indicators are met
* Web and value added services configuration management
* Fault diagnosis
* Client related project tasks
Who we're looking for:
For the IT support analyst position you will have previous experience working in a customer service environment, and will ideally be educated to a degree level or equivalent along with having experience of supporting Internet Explorer. You will have experience of trouble shooting XML code and have a demonstrable understanding of IT service management utilising ITIL Best Practice, along with an understanding of networking.

Monday to Friday - varied day time shifts
