| We have just taken on board a great new client based in the North Yorkshire area. They are looking to expand their business over the next 5 years and this is just the beginning of their already successful brand. Specialising in low-cost travel holidays across Europe and most recently America, they have decided to expand their customer service department to include a contact centre. This new role will be pivotal to the success and the delivery of their customer service goals. This role will be responsible for the day to day running of the centre, working to strong targets and ensuring both the team and individuals perform to their full potential, in order to maximise profit. To be successful in being shortlisted for this vacancy you will be able to demonstrate the following: Proven track record of working within a contact centre and achieving targets Excellent people management, coaching and development skills. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
