My LS12 based Client is seeking a Technical Services Administrator to work in their well established company in Leeds.
Your job will be to provide an interface between external Clients and IFA’s, providing broker support and dealing with ad hoc Client requests from both individual investors and IFA’s
Your duties will include
Ensuring that any incident, which may involve a breach of money laundering rules, is notified without delay to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer;
Ensuring that personal data, however obtained, is properly protected in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act;
To understand and conform to Company requirements on Treating Customers Fairly.
At least one year Investment knowledge is essential along with high attention to detail and customer service experience.
