| Great opportunity with a well-established Insurance company. My client is seeking a policy advisor to work in their renewals department based in Wakefield. Your role will be to be: Answering customer policy queries Negotiating with customers to retain business Liaising with other departments Insurance administration General customer service The ideal candidate: You will have worked in a call centre before You will have excellent customer service skills Be a good rapport builder Have negotiation skills Good Administration skills If you have an insurance background then this would be an advantage, however this is not essential as full training is given.
