Are you looking for the opportunity to work for a fantastic company with professional open plan offices in the centre of Leeds?
My client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service
You will be answering inbound telephone enquiries
Your duties will include cross selling health products
Dealing with various customer queries
The ideal candidate will have:
Ideally a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent qualification including Math’s and English at Grade C or above or equivalent to these grades
Excellent communication skills
Empathetic with the needs of customers
You will posess the following skills
Customer Excellence
Planning & Organising
Judgement & Decision Making
Communication
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role will be worked on a flexible shift basis.
