Based in the centre of Leeds my client is looking for full time customer service advisor.
Working in the financial environment your role will be:
To answer telephone calls from retailers and customers
Processing customer payments
Dealing with direct debit issues
Undertaking administration duties
Liaising with banks, building societies and retailers
Liaising with other departments
The ideal candidate:
Must be fully MS office competent
Have previous telephone expereince
and have basic expereince in a cross selling environment
You will have a flexible work pattern of 37 hours to cover the core hours of. Monday to Friday 8.45am - 10.00 pm Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.
