My Client is a leading law firm now looking for a business development executive. To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities. Theses include residential and commercial conveyancing services, property litigation and repossession in accordance with business plans.
You will be self driven, results orientated with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Able to communicate and motivate via written media. Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and word, and ideally ACT or similar database to basic level, internet and email. Able to understand pricing policies and basic legal practice, finance. Must be an excellent face to face and telephone communicator. Able to manage major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
