| Our client is a highly successful national contracting organisation specialising inthe delivery ofretail construction projects from conception to completion, including new buildand refurbishment, extensionsand acquisitions, small space swaps and roll outs. An Independent company formed over 15 years ago, they have enjoyed steady growth and now havea turnover of £200M. The Business: Through successful project delivery and continued customer focus, over 90% of their work is repeat order business, much of this with bluechip clients including Asda and Ikea. Due to this continued success they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to work from their Leeds office and covering one of a number of projects in the northern region. Duties: Reporting to a Project Manager you will be responsible for management of your site team including overall health and safety, quality, and ensuring the work is carried out to time and in keeping with the project programme.
