Fantastic full time permanent immediate positions to join a leading financial organisation based in Leeds city centre. You'll be dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding household insurance. By asking effective questions, you'll establish the customers need and match the right product to what the customer is looking for. If you're target driven, thrive off a challenge, have first rate communication skills, are a team player and looking for a career, this could be just what you're looking for. Training covers the first four to five weeks and is held over Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once training is completed, you will then work 35 hours each week during the opening hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm.
