| An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an Audit Manager to work for one of Europe’s largest independent and international based partnerships, ranked in the top 10 of UK’s largest partnerships working in their Leeds Office. Reporting to a Partner the candidate will ensure audit and account services are provided efficiently and timely. You will establish a clear sense of direction within the Audit Team encouraging flexibility whilst addressing barriers to change. The position includes the training and development of the team, whilst developing stretching objectives within the appraisal process and demonstrating a commitment to working with staff reviews. When allocating and planning assignments, you will work within the capabilities of the team allowing them to broaden their experience. When managing WIP/Dept for client’s portfolio and ensuring the highest possible rate of recovery, you will ensure the highest technical standards are maintained. You should be qualified ACA or ACCA with experience of auditing a broad range of clients or groups, an experience of auditing groups would be an advantage.
