Exciting full time permanent positions to join a leading financial organisation based in Leeds city centre. You'll be dealing with inbound and outbound calls from customers who have fallen behind with their credit card payments. Through excellent communication, you will speak to the customer to bring the account up to date. If you have excellent communication skills, are able to negotiate successfully, are target driven and thrive on a challenge, this could be just what you're looking for. Training covers the first four to five weeks and is held over Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once training is complerted, you will then work 35 hours each week to include weekends.
