Working for this large financial organisation based in the city centre in a fast moving, customer drive team. You will be motivated, enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop. Duties wil include answering inbound calls into the department and transferring to the relevant person, ensuring product information given is accurate and all queries are resolved, dealing with the post, stationery ordering and e-mailing documentation. Proven customer service skills are essential, a knowledge of asset finance/hire purchase is desirable.
