| Commercial Manager Our client is a benchmark in Contract Management and in 30 years of successful trading we have established offices throughout the UK. We are a respected multi-discipline consultancy, delivering contract and commercial management services in the IT and Telecommunications, Construction, Engineering and Processing sectors. Our services range from developing and implementing commercial strategy, through to pre-contract negotiations, contract formation, post contract management, exit management, risk analysis, project planning and claims and dispute resolution. Our clients are market leaders and work on some of the most complex, high value and challenging contracts in the UK and Europe. We continue to have ambitious expansion plans and are therefore seeking new Consultants to join our growing team. 5. a relevant Degree, Masters Degree or Professional Membership 6. excellent interpersonal skills 7. commitment to growth the client and yourself 8. motivation to generate revenue, win work and create a client base 9. sound legal/contract/commercial experience 10. negotiation and contract preparation skills 11. a team player attitude and leadership qualities 12. some geographical mobility.
