| We need the best of the best sales people for busy and varied role in Leeds City Centre – it is a mixture of inbound and outbound calls. We offer a very competitive salary £15000-21000 basic with an OTE of £30000+. On top of this we offer extensive benefits: free LA Fitness Gym membership, half price O2 line rental, half price SKY TV and 25% off Next, plus much more Sales Advisors are responsible for marketing Northern Rock Unsecured Personal Loans and related Payment Protection Insurance by telephone. A large focus of the role is achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience. The advisor must also ensure that each customers needs and demands are met under the FSA Regulatory requirements and that they have a strong focus on sales quality. Inbound Sales and Retention – New customers and existing Northern Rock customers requiring additional funds. Customers requesting settlement figures, balances and lead generation for other Northern Rock products. Outbound Sales – Contact customers who have not taken Payment Protection when applying through the internet and promote the related Payment Protection policies. In addition contacting customers who have not returned their previously issued loan documents. The only drawback to this role are the hours – candidate need to work between the hours of 11:00 and 21:00 during the week and occasionally work a 9:00-17:00 on a Saturday or 10:00-16:00 on a Sunday. |
