You will be trained in all areas of recruitment resourcing processes gaining experience and knowledge to assist with driving the team forward. Job Focus:
• Initially - Daily morning focus/prioritisation meeting with Team Leader
• Discuss in detail job specifications requiring resourcing taking guidance from Consultants/Team Leader regarding technical information, client history etc
• Add new job specifications to the database and track all stages of progress, adding order numbers or job specifications where necessary.
• Advertise new vacancies on the Internet
• Match candidate CVs to job specification (keyword search on database and job sites).
• Screen candidates to check interest and availability, discuss detailed role requirements, tracking on the database
• Profile and submit internally shortlisted candidates to Team Leader/Consultants
• Upon approval by Team Leader/Consultants, despatch shortlisted CVs to clients, tracking all information and feedback comments on the database.
• Create and maintain progress reports weekly
• Assist marketing with the organisation, advertising, co-ordinating and attendance at Assessment Centre Days, as required
In conjunction with Team Leader/Consultants:-
• Take full job specifications for new requirements if required
• Arrange interviews between client and candidate
• Call for interview feedback, arrange 2nd interviews if necessary
• Confirm offers when successful and close the deal
• Explain reasons to candidate if they have not been successful
• Research market rates and specific skill availability
• Generate leads from candidates and other sources
General Duties
• Ensure administration required is carried out to company quality standards
• Ensure Sales forms are completed and given to team leader
• Get involved in qualifying candidates face to face when they visit our offices to register in person.
• Advising contractors of the EAA regulations
• Ensure weekly team meeting is attended and relevant preparation has been made
• Answer incoming telephone calls ensuring accurate messaging
• Be aware of Health & Safety, 1st Aid and Fire Procedures
• Keep all stages of your activity updated on our database in line with Preferred IT’s ISO procedures
• Attend all training sessions as required, request further training where necessary
• Meet and exceed individual targets set
• To professionally promote the company and all products at all times
• Attend assessment centres as required
• To provide other services as directed
