You should be immaculately presented, personable and well spoken – duties include:
Managing diaries, arranging travel/accommodation for teams across the country,
Answering phones,
Meeting and greeting
Arranging meetings with clients and candidates
Ordering stationary
Letter confirmations/mail mergers
Arranging Office events
Ensuring meeting rooms are available in house for visitors
Holiday co-ordinator
Research company information
Input company information onto database
Occasional typing
Many other ad hoc duties
Hours of work 9:00-17:30
Successful applicants can expect a salary of £15000-18000, contributory pension, bonus and lots of opportunity to grow and develop.
