Job description
You will join our existing Support team, providing assistance to users of our Proclaim® Case Management software.

Responsibilities
You will provide first-line support to our clients, who make contact with our Support team primarily via telephone, but also via email, fax, and the Eclipse website. Dealing with a varied level of IT user, from novices through to technical administrators, you will take initial enquiries and lead them through to a successful resolution. Enquiries will be mainly related to our bespoke Proclaim® software, but will also involve Microsoft products and networking.

Essential skills / qualifications / qualities
 Recent graduate – possibly Computer Science or related discipline
 At least 12 months IT Helpdesk experience
 A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
 Knowledge of networking and hardware issues
 Excellent communication and organisational skills
 Residing within easy travelling distance of our Bradford office

Overall and desirable qualities
You will be an excellent communicator at all levels – both with clients and colleagues. An appreciation of the urgency and importance of our clients’ needs is desirable, as is some experience in an IT support environment. Full training will be given on our Proclaim® software.
