| Location: Leeds Business Centre Reports to: Business Centre Manager An opportunity has arisen for a full time Administrator within our Leeds Business Centre. The main duties will be to process paperwork/invoices to meet 100% compliance on accuracy for all documentation, also to supply administration and processing support to the Business Centre operation. About the Role: To work closely with the Business Centre manager, Assistant Managers and other colleagues on a daily basis, liaising with internal and external departments for help and support when required. Being responsible for the processing of worksheets/invoices and other related documentation, providing great accuracy of the data input into our ORACLE system. There would be a need to ensure the accurate validation of insurance policy numbers, as this is an important and essential integral part of the processing procedure, which requires a high level of accuracy. To provide a high quality customer service and to deliver an inspirational service to internal and external customers at all times. To provide a professional approach whilst dealing with inbound telephone queries and also the scheduling of work via outbound telephony. Key Responsibilities: o Responsible for providing accurate processing of all administration through our ORACLE computer systems. o Accountable for the 100% compliance with administration maintaining appropriate records at all times. o Ensure inspirational service to internal and external customers meeting their needs and demands. o Responsible for the upkeep and filing of the administration documentation within the Business Centre. Experience, Skills & Qualifications: o Demonstrable experience required within an administration environment role comprising of computer processing and office filing. A basic knowledge of keyboard skills is necessary. o A professional telephone manner and experience of dealing with the public is advantageous.
