You will provide customer service support to the case executives handling inbound calls from borrowers, banks, legal firms and financial advisors. For this you will need:
• Minimum of 12 months experience working within a customer facing environment
• Experience of working on behalf of clients
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages inc. word, excel & outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and use initiative
• Ideally you will have worked in a similar industry
Hours of work are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Friday.
